Staci Cetina, Team Lead, COTA/L (Pronouns She/Her/Hers)

Staci received her Occupational Therapy Assistant, AAS-T, degree in 2019 from Lake Washington Institute of Technology. She has previous experience in the behavioral mental health setting working with Autistic kids providing OT services. She is grateful for not only her post graduate work experience, but also extensive field work experience that allowed her to explore emerging OT practice opportunities. She strives to apply a neuro-affirming lens to all her sessions.

Staci likes to put the “fun” in functional and find client centered approaches to her treatment with clients. She has worked with Autistic clients of varying ages (2-24 years), clients with ADHD, Down’s Syndrome, PDA, CP, developmental delays and sensory processing challenges. She enjoys the collaborative approach here at Butterfly and values working directly with speech and physical therapists as well as the administrative team to provide a wholistic approach to care for our families.

Having been a stay-at-home mom for 16+ years prior to getting her OTA degree (volunteering in her daughter’s classroom, teaching Junior Achievement and engaging in other volunteer opportunities), finding her passion and working in an outpatient pediatric setting has been a blessing. Staci enjoys reading, knitting and spending time with her family playing games with the more than occasional the “Cetina sarcasm”.
