Geetika Mukkamala, OTD, OTR/L (Pronouns: She/Her/Hers)
Geetika recently graduated from Tufts University with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2024. She moved back to Seattle, the place she proudly calls home, driven by her passion for helping children in her community thrive and achieve their greatest potential.
Geetika has valuable experience working in various settings, including community mental health programs and pediatric clinics. She has worked with neurodiverse children, children with developmental delays, and a history of sensory processing challenges. She has also worked with clients with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She strongly believes in using the power of play and creativity to engage children and foster the development of essential motor, cognitive, and social skills in a fun and supportive environment. She is dedicated to empowering both the child and their family, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the tools and confidence needed to support the child’s ongoing growth and success.
Outside of work, Geetika enjoys engaging in creative and crafty projects that often inspire her therapeutic activities. She loves playing pickleball, spending quality time with friends and family, playing board games, crocheting, and traveling.
